We accept cash, credit cards and checks (make out to Clean Home Carpet Cleaning)

Full payment for service must be received immediately upon completion of service and before the carpet cleaner technician leaves. If payment is not given to technician at the end of service, you will be invoiced via e-mail. A $5 billing fee will be applied and payment will be due on receipt of invoice. Once you receive your bill, there are two options for submitting payment:

1. Mail your payment to the address provided in invoice.

2. You can call us and make a payment over the phone using your credit card.

All unpaid payments incur a $20 late fee per 21 day period past due and a $5 billing fee. Accounts go to collections after 45 days past due.


How do I pay for the cleaning service?

We sure do. If you refer a friend or family member - and if that person books - you will receive a 10% Off coupon for your next carpet / upholstery cleaning service. Just make sure your referral mentions you at the time of booking.

Do you offer any rewards for referrals?

Stain removal is not included in the standard cleaning process, so yes - there is an extra charge for that. Some stains can be removed with a regular steam cleaning but in some cases (depending on how old the stain is and the cause) it can be a time consuming process and we need to use different product and procedure to remove them.  BEFORE we proceed with the stain removal, we always give a price estimate.

Is there an extra charge for stain removal?

To ensure any unnecessary delays, we ask you to please pick up items from the floor and vacuum up the carpet before our arrival. Please note that we do NOT move electronic equipments, oversized, heavy furniture; so if you would like us to clean under beds or any other bigger furniture piece, please move those items as well before our arrival. If those items are not moved we'll do our best to clean under any furniture as far as we can reach.

What do I need to do before your arrival?

Yes. We are 100% locally owned and operated. Clean Home was started right here in Apex and is locally-owned, NOT franchised. We are licensed, insured and bonded and our team members are employees not independent contractors.

What is your service area?

We use the steam cleaning method.

There are numerous techniques to utilize when removing dirt and allergens, they don't always leave the same result. Steam cleaning carpet is becoming a leading method because there are many benefits to the flooring and the occupants when hot water and steam are employed.

Steam cleaning carpet utilizes equipment that shoots hot water into the fibers to remove the debris build-up. Unlike any other method, this heated application helps to reduce any bacteria, germs, mites and other toxins that are present. The level of moisture applied can be easily controlled, depending upon the surface that is worked upon in order to not damage the underlying material. The excess water along with the dislodged dirt is then eliminated utilizing the suction component of the equipment. Steam method not only reduces harmful allergens, it greatly improves the overall appearance and lifespan of the carpet as well. Did we mention the benefits of fast drying time? Carpet/upholstery is dry within a few hours.
