KEY FEATURES
- Pre-Inspection: We will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. Also advising you of any any possible permanent staining that exist.
- Pre-Condition Treatment: Traffic areas are pre-treated for more effective soil removal.
- Pre-Groom: Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer to further loosen the soil in the traffic areas.
- Extract and Rinse: Once the soil has been loosened, our hot water extraction process will thoroughly rinse the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated at the machine to ensure that your carpet is never over-wet.
- Post Inspection: Please walk through your home or business to inspect our work. Let us know that you are thoroughly pleased by signing the service invoice. Note: Permanent stains that have been identified by our service technician in the pre-inspection may be in fact permanent.
EXTRAS-Carpet Cleaning Prices
- Pre-Spotting and Post-Spotting with special spotter products will be determined at pre-inspection and priced on site.
- Any room that exceeds area max. on all packages will be considered two areas or a overage surcharge will be added at the cost of .30 a sqft.
- Stairways – $35.00 (13-14 steps; each additional steps @ $3.00 each step) Landings or Platforms on stairways $5.00.
ADDITIONAL PRICING
- Sofas – Love seats: $12.00 per LF Synthetic fabric. For Natural (Cotton, wool, etc) fabric is 19.00 per LF
Sectionals sofas are priced per foot @ 12.00 per LF to 17.00 per LF depending on material
- Chairs Recliners/Rockers: $40.00 – 50.00 each. Synthetic fabric and natural fabric quoted on site.
- Area Rugs starting at $.75 to $1.00 SF. Depending on material and degree of soil. Done on Site.
SOME RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY TO ALL CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANINGS.
- Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Restrictions : Not all spot/stains are removable in carpeting, some stains are considered permanent due to length of time it has been on carpet and prior methods/products use in trying to remove. Spots and stains that involve animals discharge and/or vomit/fur balls are considered permanent
